WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?
We have three unique bridal boutiques, each offering a beautiful selection of wedding dresses to suit a range of styles and budgets.
The Mews in Loughborough is perfect for brides seeking stunning gowns at affordable prices, with dresses ranging from £199 to £999.
The Barn in Castle Donington offers a carefully curated collection of mid-range designer dresses, priced between £999 and £1699.
The Chapel in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire is home to our most exclusive designs, featuring luxurious gowns priced from £1299 to £2999.
Wherever you are on your bridal journey, one of our boutiques is sure to have the perfect dress waiting for you.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY DRESS?
At The Chapel and The Barn, a 50% upfront deposit is required when placing an order for your gown. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of your dress arriving in-store.
At The Mews, full payment is required on the day, as all dresses are available to take home immediately.
We understand that every bride’s situation is unique, so we do offer payment plans at our discretion. If this is something you’d like to explore, please speak with your bridal consultant during your appointment. Payment plans are subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be discussed with you in detail.
ARE YOUR BOUTIQUES ACCESSIBLE?
We want every bride to feel comfortable and welcome in our boutiques, so here’s what you can expect in terms of accessibility:
The Chapel is fully accessible, with convenient on-site parking and step-free entry. It also features a disabled-friendly toilet for your comfort.
The Barn is located upstairs and is only accessible via an external staircase. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The Mews offers step-free access and is located close to disabled parking, making it an accessible option for all visitors.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Here’s what you need to know about parking at each of our boutiques:
The Chapel offers free, dedicated on-site parking. You'll find space for up to five cars inside the gates, with an additional five bays available just below.
The Barn is conveniently located opposite a free public car park, which also includes electric vehicle charging points.
The Mews is situated in the heart of Loughborough town centre, with plenty of parking options nearby. The closest is the Tesco NCP car park at The Rushes (LE11 5BG), which is a paid facility.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BODY SIZE CHANGES AFTER ORDERING MY DRESS?
When you purchase your dress, we take detailed measurements to determine the closest size based on the designer’s size chart. Your gown is then ordered in that size to ensure the best possible starting point for a great fit.
In most cases, some level of alteration will be needed to tailor the dress perfectly to your shape.
If you lose weight, your dress can typically be taken in by up to two sizes (additional alteration costs apply). If you gain weight, alterations may still be possible, but this depends on the dress’s style, structure, and where the weight has been gained.
If you’re pregnant or become pregnant during the process, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work closely with you to find the best solution and ensure your dress still feels comfortable and looks beautiful.
DO YOU OFFER AN ALTERATION SERVICE?
We do not offer in-house alteration services, but we’re happy to direct you to local seamstresses who come highly recommended by other brides.
Please note that these professionals operate independently, and whilst many of our brides have had excellent experiences, we cannot be held responsible for the services they provide.
We always suggest doing your own research and asking plenty of questions before committing to any seamstress, to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with your choice.
I'M GETTING MARRIED SOON, WILL MY DRESS ARRIVE IN TIME?
If you're working with a shorter timeline, some of our designers offer a rush service for an additional fee. Availability varies by designer and style, so we recommend speaking with us directly—we’ll be happy to advise on which dresses are eligible for this option.
For brides on a tight deadline, The Mews also offers a selection of beautiful gowns that are available to take home the very same day.
DO YOU STOCK PLUS SIZED WEDDING DRESSES?
All three of our boutiques proudly offer a selection of plus-size wedding dresses, ensuring every bride can find a gown that makes her feel confident and beautiful.
The Chapel carries styles up to size 32, offering our widest range of plus-size options.
The Barn and The Mews both offer dresses up to size 24, with a variety of flattering silhouettes and styles to choose from.
WHICH SIZE WEDDING DRESS DO I BUY?
Wedding dress sizing can be quite different from standard high street sizes, so don’t be surprised if your bridal size is higher than your usual clothing size—this is completely normal.
When you find your dream dress, we’ll take precise measurements and use them to determine the closest size according to the specific designer’s size chart. Your gown will then be ordered in that size to ensure the best possible fit.
WHO CAN/SHOULD COME WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We’re happy to accommodate larger groups, but if you plan to bring more than five guests to your appointment, please let us know when booking so we can prepare the space accordingly.
There’s no right or wrong when it comes to who you bring with you, friends, family, or anyone whose opinion you truly value is more than welcome. What matters most is that you feel supported and comfortable during this special moment.
THIS IS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
During your bridal appointment, we’ll start by chatting about the styles you love or exploring options to help you discover what suits you best. You’re welcome to browse the dresses at your own pace and take your time.
We’ll suggest a selection of gowns to begin with, and as the appointment progresses, we’ll narrow down the choices until you find the perfect dress.
There’s no rush and no limits on what you can try on, it’s all about what feels right for you.
For the best experience, we recommend wearing well-fitting, skin-colored underwear if possible.
